 | The Association of Societies for Growing Australian Plants (ASGAP) caters for people interested in Australia's native flora. ASGAP is made up of seven independent, non-profit, Regional Societies - one in each state and the ACT.

| Australia New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics |
 | ANZSEE is the Australasian chapter of the International Society for Ecological Economics. Recognising that economies are embedded and dependent upon the ecosphere, it is the mandate of ANZSEE, in conjunction with ISEE, to encourage scientific research on the integration of economics, ecology and related disciplines, and to promote the general understanding of the results of that research through education, policy analysis, communication and other appropriate means.

| Australian and New Zealand Chapter of the Society for Risk Analysis |
The purpose of SRA (Australian & New Zealand Chapter) is to provide an opportunity for an inclusive, broad-based society that promotes communication between disciplines, a breadth of tools and viewpoints, and platforms for training, workshops, and conferences. The objectives of the Chapter are:
- to serve as the focal point for interaction of members of the Society and other interested individuals and organisations in Australia and New Zealand
- to further understanding, awareness, and appropriate applications of risk analysis
- to promote an exchange of ideas and practical experiences among members of the academic, professional, industrial, and regulatory communities involved in risk analysis and risk management in Australia and New Zealand, and
- to hold scientific and educational meetings.
