What happened to the Firefox and Internet Explorer Toolbars?

The toolbars that previously were available for Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer are no longer available for download. These toolbars allowed you to search this site directly from your toolbar, but have been discontinued. Existing Toolbars will still work, but no new toolbars will be offered.
